4) Cyclone feed pump: it is responsible for conveying the mixed slurry composed of coal and qualified medium in the mixing drum to the hydrocyclone to complete the separation of two phases (light phase and heavy phase) in the hydrocyclone. Features: the conveying medium is the mixed slurry of iron concentrate powder and coal block, with large particle size, large density, large wear, and easy to produce cavitation;

5) Sweeping pump: it is responsible for conveying the ground water or leaked slurry to the thin medium barrel. Features: vertical slurry pump is generally selected, and the requirements for flow and head are not too strict. The selection needs to be combined with the actual pipeline on site, and the speed can be appropriately higher;

6) Circulating water pump: it is responsible for conveying the clarified water in the concentration tank to the water washing system, which is mainly used to wash the magnet powder medium attached to the coal block and as system water. Features: small particle size, small density and small wear of transported slurry;

7) Thickener underflow pump: it is responsible for conveying the concentrated high concentration slime water in the concentration tank to the slime mixing drum of water washing system. Features: small particle size, moderate density and less wear of transported slurry;

8) filter press feed pump : it is responsible for conveying the high concentration slime water in the slime mixing drum to the filter press for pressure filtration dehydration to form filter cake. Features: small particle size, moderate density and moderate wear of conveying slurry.

2. Precautions for selection of coal washery slurry pump

1) The main conveying medium of coal washery slurry pump is coal slurry water or coal water mixed slurry with magnet powder, which requires wear resistance, reliable shaft seal and stable performance;
