The corrugated core paper is heated first, and then the corrugated roll is used to form the required corrugated shape. Then, glue (starch adhesive) is applied to the corrugated peak and combined with the liner. The face paper and the formed corrugated paper are pasted into a two-layer corrugated cardboard at the tangent line of the pressure roller and the lower corrugated roller, and then are combined with other single corrugated cardboard and face paper through the traction belt on the flyover to the double-sided machine.
The heating methods of core paper include steam heating, electric heating and oil heating. The machining flute type of corrugated single facer can be UV/A, E, C, B, EB or customized according to needs.
The operating process of the single facer machine includes the following: creating conditions for unwinding and manipulating the face paper and core paper; pre-processing and preheating the core paper and the face paper; preparing for corrugating and bonding processes; forming a straight core paper Specific corrugation; applying adhesive to the newly formed corrugation tip; bonding core paper and facial paper together; transporting the single-faced paper web to the conveyer bridge. If the single-faced paper web delivered to other processes has quality problems, the other processes cannot be repaired or compensated at all.
